DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS | Ages 5 - 8

DSC_1341-Enhanced-NR.jpg

Rondos Development was created to bridge the gap between our Pre-Academy and Technical Academy, providing the perfect pathway for players aged 5–8 (U5s–U8s).

The programme focuses on building key fundamental Rondos skills and techniques, including the Pull Push, Step On, Scissors, Outside Cut, Side Step, Iniesta, Touch Direction, Ball Protection, and Passing & Receiving. Alongside technical skills, players also improve confidence and decision making. These sessions offer a fun, structured introduction to the Rondos Technical philosophy while giving players skills they can immediately transfer into their grassroots teams.

As players progress, our coaches carefully monitor development. Those who consistently show strong technical competence, confidence on the ball, and the ability to perform under pressure may be invited to trial for the Rondos Technical Academy. For many others, Rondos Development is the perfect environment to continue learning and enjoying the game at their own pace.
