Once players have developed their technical competence, where they are able to display an appreciation of the football, both in isolation and full pressure, they are invited to attend one of our Advanced Pre-Academy Sessions in preparation for full academy status.

The APA at Rondos has developed my boy in such a quick period. The way they are able to break down the skill sets to the kids is superb, giving them a better understanding of the techniques and imporving their understanding of how and when to use them. His game understanding has also come along and feel he will be ready for his first season in football.
